33, River Falls, posted a $10,000 signature bond Sept. 7 on felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges. A preliminary hearing is slated for 1:30 p.m. Oct. 6.

Annis, 25, St. Paul, posted a $10,000 signature bond Sept. 12 on felony theft – movable property (repeater), felony take and drive vehicle without consent (repeater), felony vehicle operator flee/elude officer (repeater) and resisting or obstructing an officer (repeater) charges. A preliminary hearing is slated for 11 a.m. Oct. 6.

Solvaline Renee Brown,

47, River Falls, was ordered to pay $500 cash bond Sept. 9 on felony battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer, resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct charges. A preliminary hearing is slated for 3:30 p.m. Sept. 20.

Charles Edwar Holerud,

Ryan James Rasmussen, 50, Baldwin, posted a $10,000 signature bond Sept. 12 on OWI-fourth and operating while revoked (alcohol related) charges. A status conference is set for 11:15 a.m. Oct. 14.

Clayton M. Schneider,

Everett Anthony Wojtowicz, 33, Prescott, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond Sept. 12 on a disorderly conduct charge. A status conference is slated for 11 a.m. Oct. 14.

Deferred cases James A. Buechner, 43, River Falls, pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement on an operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge Sept. 13. The charge resulted from an April 13 traffic stop.

Steven Ross Christiansen, 55, Hager City, entered into a deferred prosecution agreement Sept. 13 on felony possession of methamphetamine (as party to a crime) and felony possession of narcotic drugs (as party to a crime) charges. The charges stemmed from a June 10, 2021 incident.

Marcus Anthony Jones,

28, Hastings, Minn., pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement on a felony vehicle operator flee/ elude officer charge Sept. 13. The charge resulted from a Feb. 28 incident.

Closed cases

A theft – movable property charge against Maria Mae Brock, 42, Plum City, was dismissed without prejudice Sept. 7. The charge resulted from a Dec. 12, 2013 incident.

An extradition – arrest prior to acquisition charge against Bruce Phillip Carman, 64, Alma, was dismissed before an initial appearance Sept. 13. The charge stemmed from an Aug. 11 incident.

Devon Martell Fox, 34, Ellsworth, was convicted of felony possess firearm – convicted of a felony and disorderly conduct, sentenced to three years of probation and fined $1,061 Sept. 14. Felony burglary – armed with dangerous weapon (repeater), felony first degree recklessly endangering safety (repeater, domestic abuse), felony first degree recklessly endangering safety (repeater), intentionally point firearm at person (repeater, domestic abuse), intentionally point firearm at person (repeater), criminal trespass to dwelling (repeater, domestic abuse), battery (repeater, domestic abuse), disorderly conduct (repeater) and computer message – threaten/injury or harm (repeater, domestic abuse) charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from a Nov. 4 incident.

Devin Deone Johnson,

25, Maplewood, Minn., was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $277.80 Sept. 13. The charge stemmed from a July 10 incident.

Marcus Anthony Jones,

28, Hastings, Minn., was convicted of theft – movable property, sentenced to one year of probation, fined $443 and ordered to pay $440 in restitution Sept. 13. The charge resulted from an Aug. 28, 2015 incident.

Battery and disorderly conduct charges against Joseph Fredrick Meyer,

38, Minneapolis, were dismissed before initial appearance Sept. 8. The charges stemmed from an April 2, 2021 incident.

Rosa A. Paqui-Minga,

29, Hudson, was convicted of operate without valid license (third within three years) and fined $443 Sept. 13. The charge resulted from an April 2 traffic stop.

Heather Marie Thomas,

34, River Falls, waived felony extradition to St. Louis County, Minn., Sept. 12.

A bench warrant was issued for Luis Geraardo Diaz Hernandez, 23, Hudson, after he failed to make a Sept. 12 initial appearance on an operate without valid license (third within three years) charge.

A bench warrant was issued for Taurus James Eastgate, 17, Ellsworth, after he failed to make a Sept. 12 initial appearance on resisting/ failing to stop and operate without valid license (second within three years) charges.

A bench warrant was issued for Robert Francis Kelly, 32, Vadnais Heights, Minn., after he failed to make a Sept. 12 initial appearance on OWI-third and operating with PAC-third charges.

A bench warrant was issued for Anna Elizabeth Kuehn, 22, River Falls, after she failed to make a Sept. 12 initial appearance on an operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge.

A bench warrant was issued for Brianna Jade Lindquist, 23, River Falls, after she failed to make a Sept. 12 initial appearance on a felony bail jumping charge.

A bench warrant was issued for Beisner Ariel Mazatinizaray, 23, Spring Valley, after he failed to make a Sept. 12 initial appearance on an operate without valid license (third within three years) charge.

A bench warrant was issued but stayed until Sept. 20 for Caleb J. Pease, 36, River Falls, who failed to make a Sept. 12 initial appearance on disorderly conduct and two misdemeanor bail jumping charges.
