The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department Sept. 1218.

Monday, Sept. 12

An injured fox was humanely euthanized at 1 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Officers observed a suspicious vehicle at 10:24 p.m. at 720 St. Croix St. They checked on it, but it was unoccupied.

At 10:45 p.m., police received a noise complaint near Monroe and Helen streets. The suspect said they’d turn the music down.

Tuesday, Sept. 13

Officers observed a suspicious vehicle at 12:52 a.m. at Ptacek’s IGA (1005 Eagle Ridge Drive). The driver was sleeping and had permission to be there.

Maxwell Louis Murphy,

24, Inver Grove Heights, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:06 a.m. at Highway 10 and Lake Street.

Kier Shawn Johnson, 48, St. Paul, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:10 a.m. at Broad and Orange streets.

Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash at 9:39 a.m. on Eagle Ridge Road near Highway 10 between a 2013 Toyota Rav4, driven by Tinka C.D. Bloedow, Prescott, and a 2015 Ford Focus, driven by Aleksey, Gennadevich Shvetsov,

Prescott. Bloedow was exiting Ptacek’s parking lot and stopped before entering Eagle Ridge Drive. Shvetsov was traveling northwest on Eagle Ridge Drive and began a left turn to turn into the parking lot. Shvetsov said he didn’t see Bloedow; he struck the left front corner of her vehicle. Both drivers wore seat belts; Shvetsov reported no injuries while Bloedow reported possible injuries. She was not transported to the hospital. Both vehicles had functional damage.

At 1:55 p.m., a business at 1449 Orrin Road was cited on behalf of the city for an ordinance violation (automobile/ appliance storage restrictions).

Police responded at 2:21 p.m. to 810 Hope St. for a fight in progress between two men. It was found to be a verbal argument.

Heather Dawn Siebenaler, 49, Prescott, was arrested on a Washington County warrant after a traffic stop for speeding at 4:48 p.m. at Highway 10 and Oak Street. She was warned for speeding.

An anonymous caller reported an ordinance violation at 6:52 p.m. at 960 Monroe St. Police spoke with a person who was grilling, but didn’t see any violations.

Wednesday, Sept. 14

Officers responded to a domestic at 12:43 a.m. at 1225 Ash St. The incident was a verbal altercation and both parties reached a resolution.

Police again responded at 3:57 a.m. to 1225 Ash St., this time for an assault. A man fled on foot.

Matthew James Wrobel,

29, Cottage Grove, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 5:32 p.m. at Jefferson and Walter streets.

Thursday, Sept. 15 Derek Quinton Mallon, 25, Ellsworth, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:17 a.m. in the 200 block of Broad Street.

A barking dog approached beach goers at 9:08 a.m. at 805 Lake St. The dog’s owner was warned.

De Avyon C. Alexander,

20, Minneapolis, was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 12:08 p.m. at Jefferson and Warren streets.

At 6:45 p.m., police received a barking dogs complaint at 525 Kinnickinnic St. When officers arrived, the dogs weren’t barking.

Officers were asked to perform a welfare check at 7:10 p.m. at 161 Young St. The people there did not appear to be in distress.

Lori Lynn Francis, 48, La Crosse, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:05 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Quinn Cherek Reilly, 37, Lakeville, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:56 p.m. at Highway 10 and Lake Street.

Friday, Sept. 16 Moises Martinez, 21, Minneapolis, was cited for operate without valid license and speeding after a traffic stop at 8:29 a.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.

Police responded to a domestic at 7:50 p.m. at 1433 Glenridge Drive.

Saturday, Sept. 17

Police investigated a suspicious activity complaint at 12:28 a.m. at 1377 Orrin Road.

Officers performed a welfare check on a person walking at 2:47 a.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street. He was given a courtesy ride home.

Reid Curtis Lemaire, 39, Burnsville, Minn., was arrested and cited for OWI, reckless driving – endanger safety and operating with PAC after a traffic stop at 2 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

At 10:19 p.m., police responded to 912 River Terrace St. for an unwanted person, who was escorted back to his residence.

Sunday, Sept. 18 Sharon Natalie Herland, 63, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:10 p.m. at Lawrence and Jefferson streets.

Maija Marie Karkanen,

41, Ferryville, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:10 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
