After spending my fourth and final year at Iowa State University as the editor-in-chief of the Iowa State Daily, I will be returning to Pierce County as a reporter for the Pierce County Journal.
I was an intern for the Journal in the summer of 2023, and I am ready to come back.
Growing up in Ellsworth, the community has meant a lot to me, and I am proud to provide a platform for anything that is happening in the area.
For those who do not know me, I was raised my whole life in Ellsworth, and graduated from Ellsworth High School in 2020. I was a part of the Iowa State class of 2024 with a major in journalism and mass communication and a minor in business.
I spent all four of my college years with the Iowa State Daily, taking on the roles of editor-in-chief, managing editor, sports editor, assistant sports editor and sports reporter over the course of the journey.
