A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Roderick Richard Alire, 65, New Richmond, who missed an April 7 initial appearance on an operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge.
Courtney L. Dietzler, 38, Elmwood, pleaded not guilty and posted a $10,000 signature bond April 7 on OWI-third and operating with PAC (third) charges. A status conference is slated for 1:45 p.m. May 12.
Casey Jeffery Heitzmann, 37, Hudson, pleaded not guilty and posted a $10,000 signature bond April 10 on two retail theft – intentionally take (repeater and two misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater) charges. A status conference is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. June 2.
Melvin Homes, 33, Bloomington, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond April 7 on an operate without valid license (second within three years) charge. A status conference is set for 2:15 p.m. May 5.
Shawn Michael Krasky, 44, River Falls, was ordered to pay $250 cash bond April 4 on felony possession of methamphetamine and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. April 22.
Angeline Vienna Larson, 28, Crystal, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond April 7 on possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A status conference is slated for 1:30 p.m. May 28.

Maykel Andrey Maza Tinizaray, 21, Spring Valley, pleaded not guilty and was ordered to pay $500 cash bond April 9 on operating while revoked (alcohol related) and four misdemeanor bail jumping charges. A status conference is slated for 8:30 a.m. April 16.
Joseph Patrick Montgomery, 47, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond April 7 on an operate without valid license (third within three years) charge. A status conference is scheduled for 11:45 a.m. May 8.
Ulices Panzo Mantalvo, 26, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $5,000 signature bond April 7 on misdemeanor bail jumping, operating while revoked (alcohol related) and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order charges. A status conference is set for 8:30 a.m. May 21.
Manuel Eliceo Paqui Guaman, 38, Hudson, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond April 7 on an operate without valid license (second within three years) charge. A status conference is slated for 11:30 a.m. Aug. 13.
Gordon Michael Pung, 30, Ellsworth, posted a $25,000 signature bond April 2 on a felony second-degree recklessly endangering safety charge. A status conference is set for 2 p.m. May 5.
Benjamin Charles Souster, 52, Ellsworth, posted a $10,000 signature bond April 7 on operate without valid license (third within three years), felony bail jumping and misdemeanor bail jumping charges. A hearing is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. April 18.
Dean Edward Sunderland, 32, New Richmond, was ordered to pay $1,000 cash bond April 7 on felony second-degree recklessly endangering safety (repeater), felony take and drive vehicle without consent (repeater), felony vehicle operator flee/elude officer (repeater), theft – movable property (repeater) and misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater) charges. A status conference is set for 1:45 p.m. April 21.
Jerry Wayne Wilhite, 54, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond April 3 on a resisting or obstructing an officer charge. A status conference is set for 10:45 a.m. May 6.
Jack Daniel Marcy, 24, Prescott, pleaded no contest to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement April 3 on a felony maintain drug trafficking place charge. Marcy was convicted of felony possess with intent – THC, sentenced to two years of probation and fined $518. Marcy forfeited $13,834 that was seized during a search warrant. Felony possess with intent – THC, possess drug paraphernalia and felony maintain drug trafficking place charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from a March 27, 2024 incident.
Brittney Amber Branshaw, 27, Hastings, Minn., was convicted of theft April 3 and fined $377.80. A felony bail jumping charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a Jan. 15, 2024 incident.
Chad J. Hines, 47, Ellsworth, was convicted of operate without carrying license and fined $277.80 April 3. An ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Jan. 2 incident.
Jack Daniel Marcy, 24, Prescott, was convicted of resisting or obstructing an officer, April 3 and fined $443. Operating while revoked (alcohol related) and felony bail jumping charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from a July 16 incident.
Justin Casimer Myhre, 28, Ellsworth, was sentenced to 1.5 years in prison and two years of extended supervision April 3 at a probation revocation sentencing hearing. Myhre had been convicted of felony possession of methamphetamine and felony bail jumping Aug. 13. He was also fined $1,036. The charges stemmed from a Jan. 25, 2024 incident.
Michelle Dawn Schillinger, 46, Wilson, was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $277.80 April 3. The charge resulted from a Jan. 9 incident.
