Jamison Charles Klair, 49, Hager City, pleaded not guilty and posted a $5,000 signature bond Sept. 29 on battery and disorderly conduct charges. A status conference is scheduled for 3 p.m. Nov. 24.

Joshua Isaiah Reinhardt, 25, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $10,000 signature bond Sept. 29 on battery, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property charges. A status conference is set for 3:15 p.m. Oct. 22.

Closed cases

Seth W. Harrison, 26, Hudson, was convicted of felony battery by prisoners (repeater), felony bail jumping (repeater), felony throw/discharge bodily fluid at public safety worker or prosecutor (repeater) and felony OWI-fourth (repeater) Sept. 24, sentenced to 2 years in prison and three years of extended supervision, fined $8,454, ordered to pay $5,006.77 in restitution and to undergo alcohol and mental health assessments and install an ignition interlock device after a 36-month driver’s license revocation. Two felony bail jumping (repeater), felony battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer (repeater), misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater), take/drive vehicle without consent – abandon vehicle (repeater) and resisting or obstructing an officer (repeater), felony operating with PAC (repeater), operating while revoked – alcohol related (repeater) and possession of THC (repeater) charges were dismissed. A felony battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer (repeater) charge was read in but dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents Nov. 30, 2024 and March 21.

Ashley Rachel Haugstad, 37, Newport, Minn., was convicted of possess drug paraphernalia (as party to a crime) Sept. 25 and fined $443. Felony possession of methamphetamine (as party to a crime) and possess/illegally obtained prescription (as party to a crime) charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from an April 24, 2024 incident.

Marie Ann Poole, 41, Prescott, was convicted of disorderly conduct Sept. 25 and fined $443. The charge resulted from a Jan. 7 incident in Ellsworth.

Kyle Blake Rithmiller, 42, River Falls, was convicted of felony possess with intent – amphetamine/methamphetamine, felony possession of improvised explosives and neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur) Sept. 25, sentenced to 10 years of probation and $1,479. Felony maintain drug trafficking place, possess amphetamine/LSD/psilocin and possession of THC charges were read in but dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Sept. 19, 2023 incident.
