Friday, Sept. 26

• Maria Fernanda Maldonado Hernandez, 26, Burnsville, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license and operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop at 6:41 a.m. at Campbell and Henry streets. She was also issued a written warning for fail/properly maintain headlamps.
• Randy James Ernst, 69, Hastings, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:02 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Anthony Taylor Hill, 29, Prescott, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and speeding after a traffic stop at 10:03 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
• Gary Dean Myers, 71, Grantsburg, was issued a written warning for improperly attached license plates after a traffic stop at 1:09 p.m. at Highway 10 and Lake Street.
• Brennen Scott Pagenkopf, 17, Prescott, was cited for fail/display vehicle license plates and issued a written warning for vent/side window excessive tinting and rear window excessive tinting after a traffic stop at 1:23 p.m. at Orrin Road and Dexter Street.
• Officers conducted a welfare check at 5:22 p.m. at 151 Borner St. Everyone was fine.

Saturday, Sept. 27

• Travis Dean Langowski, 52, Winona, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:33 a.m. at 260 Broad St.
• Luke Anthony La Bounty, 28, Chanhassen, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:54 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Joseph Mark Route, 29, Northfield, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:19 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Andrea Michelle Schrenkler, 36, Cottage Grove, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 10:52 a.m. at Campbell and James streets.
• Jodi Lynn Szymanksi, 56, Oakdale, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 3:14 p.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.
• Officers responded to a dog attack at 6:35 p.m. at 900 Kassan Drive.

Sunday, Sept. 28

• Police responded to a bar fight at 2:36 a.m. at 145 Broad St. Jack Thomas Kehborn, 22, Cottage Grove, Minn., was arrested for disorderly conduct, while Sheena Marie Nelson, 41, Prescott, was cited for disorderly conduct.
• Randall Lynn Linton, 72, Eau Claire, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:07 a.m. at Eagle Ridge Drive and Highway 10.
• Rachael Lynn Hartinger, 38, Prescott, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:28 a.m. at Broad and Cherry streets.
• Jeffrey Arnold Diehlmann, 60, Madison, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:16 a.m. at Lawrence and Jefferson streets.
• Jose Maria Hernandez Dominguez, 42, Galesville, was cited for operate without valid license and operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance and warned for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:56 p.m. at 180 Broad St.
• David Allen Berg, 65, Rosemount, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:09 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Alyssa Ann Severson, 25, Watertown, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 2:44 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Police were notified of a stray dog at 5:09 p.m. at 231 Broad St.
• At 7:43 p.m., police spoke with someone about vandalism at 451 Second St.

Monday, Sept. 29

• Officers responded to an assault at 1:36 a.m. at 117 Broad St. One person was transported to the hospital. The suspect fled before police arrived.
• Fraud was reported at 3:02 p.m. at 1430 North Acres Road.
• Alexander James Henry Rodriguez, 31, Red Wing, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:58 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Tuesday, Sept. 30

• Police were dispatched to a drug complaint at 8:31 a.m. at 1505 Orrin Road.
• Officers were notified of a fraud complaint at 3:21 p.m. at 1000 Canton St.

Wednesday, Oct. 1

• Adrian Daniel Celis Martinez, 19, Hastings, Minn., was cited for non-registration of auto and operate vehicle without non-red taillights after a traffic stop at 6:36 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
• Nicole Marie Frietag, 45, Prescott, was issued a written warning for non-registration of vehicle/auto after a traffic stop at 7:47 a.m. at Linn and Albert streets.
• Ronald Erwin Zaudke, 79, Prescott, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:20 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
• Kris Ann Torkelson, 64, Beldenville, was issued a written warning for improperly attached license plates after a traffic stop at 8:28 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
• Kate Elizabeth Carlson, 40, Winona, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:57 a.m. at 260 Broad St.
• Lauren Randi Bryan, 35, River Falls, was cited for operating while suspended and non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 9:30 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
• Duncan Fae Coe, 26, River Falls, was issued a written warning for improperly attached license plates after a traffic stop at 10:26 a.m. at Canton Street and Highway 10.
• Amanda Lynn Williams, 36, Roseville, Minn., was cited for non-registration of vehicle/auto and operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 11:15 a.m. at Highway 10 and Lake Street.
• At 11:59 p.m., police saw a man sleeping on the side of the road at Canton and St. Croix streets. He didn’t want any assistance and went on his way.

Thursday, Oct. 2

Officers took a report of illegal dumping at 2:40 p.m. at 787 Monroe St.
