RIVER FALLS – A 31-year-old River Falls man has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide in the death of a River Falls woman.
Michael Dillon Price was arraigned in St. Croix County Circuit Court Tuesday, April 25 in front of the Honorable Judge Michael Waterman, who set cash bail at $750,000. The charge is punishable by life in prison.
According to a news release, River Falls officers assisted by St. Croix County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded shortly after midnight to the 500 block of Bandle Street for an unconscious person. They arrived on scene and found Amy Cathleen Theis, 47, dead from a gunshot wound in the street.
Dillon is scheduled to next appear in court at 2:15 p.m. May 3.
