Initial appearances Nicole Margaret Benda, 41, Red Wing, Minn., posted a $10,000 signature bond April 28 on felony bail jumping, felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC, possess drug paraphernalia and possess illegally obtained prescription charges. A preliminary hearing is slated for 1 p.m. June 2.

Shelby E. Dixon, 29, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond May 2 on a disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge. A status conference is set for 1:30 p.m. June 6.

Keegan Daniel Enloe,

30, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond May 2 on a disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge. A status conference is slated for 2 p.m. June 6.

Nicole Ann Gans, 29, homeless, pleaded not guilty and posted a $5,000 signature bond on a criminal damage to property charge April 27. A plea hearing is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. May 23.

William Frederick Gongoll, 41, Hager City, posted a $10,000 signature bond April 28 on felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A status conference is slated for 11 a.m. June 2.

Michael James Holden, 37, Maiden Rock, posted a $5,000 signature bond April 27 on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge. A preliminary hearing is set for 1:30 p.m. May 31.

Brandon Robert Kaase,

30, Prescott, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond May 2 on operating while revoked (alcohol related) and ignition interlock device tampering/ failure to install/violate court order charges. A status conference is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. June 6.

Brendon James Larson,

25, River Falls, was ordered to pay $500 cash bond May 2 on felony first degree sexual assault/aided by others (lifetime supervision of serious sex ouenders, as party to a crime), felony kidnapping/ use deceit to induce (as party to a crime), felony false imprisonment (as party to a crime), felony strangulation and suuocation and battery (as party to a crime) charges.

A status conference is slated for 2 p.m. June 20.

A bench warrant was issued May 2 for Richard D.

O’Hara, 41, St. Paul, who failed to make an initital appearance on two felony burglary – building or dwelling charges.

Tejay Allen Skordahl,

38, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond on a disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge May 2. A status conference is scheduled for 4

p.m. June 13.

Selina Marie Swenson,

18, Hudson, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond on possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges May 2. A status conference is set for 1 p.m. June 6.

A bench warrant was issued May 2 for Montrel Juan Willis, 36, Minneapolis, who failed to make an initial appearance on four misdemeanor bail jumping charges.

Closed cases

A felony vehicle opera- tor flee/elude ovcer charge against Luis Rodolfo Barillas Morales, 22, Red Wing, Minn., was dismissed May 2 without prejudice as he was deported. The charge stemmed from a Sept. 16., 2021 incident.

Shari Ann Harlston, 43, Clear Lake, S.D., was convicted of felony possession of methamphetamine April 27, sentenced to two years’ probation and fined $518. A possess drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from an Aug. 21, 2021 incident.

Eric Lee Horban, 31, Baldwin, was convicted of OWI-second April 27, sentenced to 15 days in jail (10 days stayed), fined $1,429, and ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment. His driver’s license was revoked for one year and he will be required to install an ignition interlock device. An operating with PAC charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Dec. 5, 2020 travc stop.

Cory M. Jessen, 31, Red Wing, Minn., was convicted of resisting or obstructing an ovcer and fined $267 April 29. A possession of THC charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a Dec.

3, 2021 incident.

A criminal damage to property charge against Michelle Taylor Koester, 31, River Falls, was dismissed May 2 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge stemmed from an Oct. 13, 2020 incident.

Christopher Francis Kroyer, 31, River Falls, was convicted of possess drug paraphernalia and fined $500 May 2. Felony bail jumping and felony possession of THC (second+ ouense) charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from a Dec.

31, 2021 incident.

Resisting/failing to stop and possession of THC charges against Gerald Frances Lucking, 32, River Falls, were dismissed May 2.

The charges stemmed from a Nov. 11, 2021 incident.

Mark Allen McKnight Jr., 42, Hastings, Minn., was convicted of reckless driving – endanger safety and fined $389 April 27. An operating with PAC (second) charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a June 4, 2021 travc stop.

Andrew Wade Nibbe,

23, Lake City, Minn., was convicted of OWI-first April 29, fined $937.50 and or dered to undergo an alcohol assessment. His driver’s li- cense was revoked for six months. An operating with PAC charge was dismissed.

The charges stemmed from a Dec. 12, 2020 travc stop. A disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge against Joseph Edward Niedzielski,

43, Hudson, was dismissed April 28 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge resulted from a Jan.

30, 2020 incident.

Kyle Allan Phillips, 31, Balsam Lake, was convicted of operating while revoked (alcohol related) and fined $443 May 2. The charge stemmed from a May 6, 2018 travc stop.

Jess Steven Schmidt, 40, Hager City, was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $277.80 May 2. A take/drive vehicle without consent – abandon vehicle charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from an Aug. 16, 2021 travc stop.

Anthony M. Weber, 26, Hugo, Minn., was convicted of theft – movable property April 29. Fined $443 and ordered to pay $774.84 in restitution. The charge resulted from an April 7, 2021 incident.

Meadow Jean Willgrubs, 43, Red Wing, Minn., was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $277.80 April 28. The charge stemmed from a Jan. 11 travc stop. Misdemeanor bail jumping and resisting or obstruct- ing an ovcer charges against

Cody Thomas Williams, 27, Ellsworth, were dismissed April 27. The charges resulted from a Jan. 20, 2021 incident.

Andrew A. Ziegler, 40, Ellsworth, was convicted of OWI-second April 27, fined $1,429, ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment and to install an ignition interlock device after a one-year driver’s license revocation. An operating with PAC charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a May 26, 2021 incident.

Deferred cases Aiden Alexander Jones, 18, Hastings, Minn., was convicted of disorderly con- duct April 27 and fined $443. Jones also pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement on a felony resist ovcer – substantial bodi ly harm/soft tissue injury charge. Disorderly conduct and possess drug paraphernalia charges were dismissed.

The charges resulted from an October incident in Prescott.
