PRESCOTT Police Department Reports

The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department June 6-12.

Monday, June 6

At 12:11 p.m., police received a report concerning a broken shed light at 103 N. Gibbs St., possibly caused by vandals.

Nathan Mark Hurliman, 37, St. Paul, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 5:44 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Officers received an animal complaint at 7:07 p.m. at 827 Lake St.

Police responded at 8:14 p.m. to 142 Gibbs St. for a harassment complaint.

Tuesday, June 7

Ryan Michael Hanson, 40, Prescott, was cited for trespassing to land at 1:16 a.m. at 137 Front St.

Juan Luis Tapia Vasquez, 46, New Hope, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:36 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Shannon James Fisher,

50, Newport, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:56 a.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets. Officers received an animal complaint at 1:32 p.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.

Police received an animal complaint at 2:35 p.m. at Freedom Park (200 Monroe St.)

Shaun Michael Lemaster, 44, Prescott, was arrested at 8:22 p.m. at 511 Court St. during a domestic incident.

Wednesday, June 8

Police performed a welfare check at 6:48 p.m. at 757 Monroe St.

Matthew Bartley Wilson, 50, Cottage Grove, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:55 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

At 10:25 p.m., police received a driving complaint that is an ongoing issue in the 200 block of South Locust Street.

At 10:48 p.m., police located an open door at 258 Walnut St. The building was secured.

Thursday, June 9

Police performed a welfare check on a suspicious person at 1:09 a.m. in the vicinity of Pine and Hope streets.

Adrian Brendon Dennis,

50, Medina, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 4 a.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.

Officers performed a welfare check at 8:41 a.m. at 640 Albert St.

Nicholas Enio Forliti,

20, Eagan, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:23 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets. Officers received an animal complaint and issued a warning at 7:55 p.m. at 1225 Ash St.

Friday, June 10 Moreira Lima Adriana, 33, Bloomington, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 12:49 p.m. at Broad and Cherry streets.

Police responded at 7:02 p.m. to 331 N. Court St. for a suspicious activity complaint.

January Louise Loden, 39, River Falls, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop at 7:20 p.m. in the 400 block of Lake Street.

Darrell Michael Breuer, 59, Hager City, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:10 p.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.

 Crystal Louise Woychik, 40, Prescott, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 10:53 p.m. at Gibbs and Cherry streets.

Matthew Taylor Mendez, 37, Cottage Grove, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:21 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Saturday, June 11 Mitchell Albert Van Laar, 27, New Brighton, Minn., was cited for speed – ing after a traffic stop at 12:58 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Police responded at 2:18 a.m. to a one-vehicle crash in the 100 block of Broad Street.

Joshua Marvin Oster, Inver Grove Heights, Minn., parked a 2000 Ford F350 in front of No Name Saloon (114 Broad St.) and went into the bar. Multiple witnesses saw the truck roll backward across Broad Street, strike a wooden retaining wall and roll into Front Street. The retaining wall had a large amount of damage, while the truck had functional damage. No one reported any injuries. No citations were issued.

Samuel J. Armstrong, Prescott, called police at 10:08 a.m. that his vehicle had been struck the night before around 10:30 p.m. when parked behind No Name Saloon (114 Broad St.) There are no suspects. Police responded at 12:55 p.m. to 1041 Orrin Road, where the store was locked but the lights were on. Nothing seemed out of place.

Olatunde Fasasi, 40, Ellsworth, was cited for operate without valid license and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install after a traffic stop at 2:24 p.m. at Highway 10 and Can ton Street.

Police received a fireworks complaint at 10:08 p.m. at 912 River Terrace St.

Molly Elizabeth Tynjala, 25, Woodbury, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:41 p.m. at Broad and Cherry streets.

Sunday, June 12

Police responded at 2:01 a.m. to Two Rivers (117 Broad St.) for a disorderly person. Two Rivers staff had kicked someone out, who began getting in people’s faces and pushing people. The per – son went home for the night.

Officers received an animal complaint at 8:02 p.m. at 375 Flora St.

At 6:59 p.m., a complainant reported suspicious activity in the area of Linn and Hilton streets. A man had been walking up and down the street for 1.5 hours and appeared to be casing a house. The man told police he’d been watching a cat chase a squirrel.
