Initial appearances Conner Michael Bjork, 23, Ellsworth, failed to make a July 25 initial appearance on possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A bench warrant was issued for his arrest.

Eric Allen Carlson, 50, Ellsworth, posted a $10,000 signature bond July 25 on felony possess firearm – convicted of a felony, felony possession of methamphetamine (as party to a crime) and felony possession of narcotic drugs (as party to a crime) charges. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 4 p.m. Aug. 25.

Steven Ross Christiansen, 55, Hager City, posted a $10,000 signature bond July 25 on felony possession of methamphetamine (as party to a crime) and felony possession of narcotic drugs (as party to a crime) charges. A preliminary hearing is slated for 2:30 p.m. Sept. 1.

Lonnie Allen Dunn, 46, Ellsworth, failed to make a July 25 initial appearance on a battery charge. A bench warrant was issued for his arrest.

Emily K. Haines, 23, Prescott, posted a $10,000 signature bond July 25 on a felony bail jumping charge. A preliminary hearing is set for 2:30 p.m. Sept. 20.

Christina Lynn Lay, 36, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond July 25 on a disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge. A status conference is slated for 1 p.m. Sept. 6.

Antonio David O’Brien, 26, Menomonie, posted a $500 signature bond July 25 on an operate without valid license (second within three years) – repeater charge. A plea hearing is scheduled for 4 p.m. Aug. 5.

Mitchell Aaron Stewart, 27, Elmwood, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond July 25 on a criminal damage to property charge. A pre-trial conference is slated for 3:30 p.m. Aug. 16.

Spenser Allen Weber, 31, Plum City, was ordered to pay $250 cash bail on felony strangulation or suffocation (domestic abuse), battery (domestic abuse), criminal damage to property, criminal trespass to dwelling, resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges July 25. A preliminary hearing is set for 11 a.m. Aug. 9.

Deferred cases Jessica R. Dragun, 30, River Falls, pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment agreement on a disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge July 21. The charge resulted from a Sept. 6 incident.

Travess O. Raysor, 24, River Falls, pleaded guilty to possession of THC and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement July 21. A possess drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a March 11 incident.

Closed cases John L. Alwin, 56, River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct and possession of methamphetamine July 13, sentenced to three years’ probation and fined $961. Battery, possess drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor bail jumping charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents June 2 and Nov. 13, 2020.

Mitchell C. Bemis, 36, Beldenville, was convicted of battery, sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $443 July 13. Felony child abuse – intentionally cause harm and disorderly conduct charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Jan. 3 incident.

Amanda Ashley Hei, 25, River Falls, was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $277.80 July 18. The charge resulted from a March 19 traffic stop.

Jeremy W. Hetrick, 40, Hager City, was convicted of possess drug paraphernalia and fined $443 July 13. Two other possess drug paraphernalia charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Nov. 23 incident.

Nathaniel James Hochule,

24, Stillwater, Minn., was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $277.80 July 13. A resisting or obstructing an officer charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from an Oct. 31 incident.

Justin T. Mead, 37, Cottage Grove, Minn., was convicted of felony substantial battery – intend bodily harm, sentenced to three years’ probation and fined $518 July 21. If his probation is revoked, a one-year prison term may be imposed, followed by two years of extended supervision. Disorderly conduct and two resisting or obstructing an officer charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Feb. 27 incident.

Kelsey Marie Trimble, 23, River Falls, waived extradition to Iowa July 21, where she has a warrant.
