MARKET REOPENS BAY CITY – The Bay City Super Market, heavily damaged by fire June 23, reopened for business after being completely remodeled.
“All departments are ready to go and are laid out for early shopping,” Walter Hortenbach, store owner said.
Most of the fire damage was confined to the interior of the store. New fixtures have been installed and the store has a new brick front with smaller windows than before the fire.
