PIERCE COUNTY Accident Reports

Ocers responded to a one-vehicle crash at 8:40 p.m. May 27 on US Highway 10 four-tenths of a mile east of 800th Street in the town of Trimbelle. A 2019 Harley Davidson, operated by Lawrence John Coone, 60, Prescott, was traveling westbound when it lost con- trol on gravel in the roadway, crossed over the center line, struck a guard rail and came to a rest in the eastbound travel lane. The guard rail had no damage, but the motorcycle had to be towed due to disabling damage. Coone did not wear a helmet, but wore boots and long pants.

An ambulance transported him to a Minnesota hospital with suspected serious injuries.

Deputies responded to a one-vehicle crash at 3:55 a.m. May 30 on US Highway 63 four-tenths of a mile south of 450th Avenue in the town of Trimbelle. A 2005 GMC Envoy, driven by Alexis Sanchez Tzompaxtle, 24, Ellsworth, was traveling northbound on Highway 63 when it went left of center and ou the roadway into the ditch. The vehicle had minor damage. Tzompaxtle wore a seat belt and reported no injuries. He was cited for OWI, operating with PAC, operate without valid license, oper – ate motor vehicle without insurance and operating left of center.
