PIERCE COUNTY Accident Reports

Police responded to a single- vehicle crash at 5:22 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 22 on County Road F near County Road MM in the town of Clifton. Todd Smith, 51, River Falls, was traveling north on County Road F in a 2021 Jeep Cherokee when he lost control, entered into the west ditch and struck a power pole. Allina Ambulance Service transported Smith to Hudson Hospital with undetermined injuries. Prescott Fire Department and Allina Ambulance assisted Pierce County Sheriff’s Office at the scene.

Deputies responded to a one-vehicle crash at 10:16 a.m. Friday, Dec. 24 on Highway 128 near County Road B in the town of Spring Lake. Eighteen-year-old Kaylina Bemis, of Elmwood, was driving a 2002 Toyota Camry northbound on Highway 128 when she lost control and struck a guardrail face. Elmwood Area Ambulance transported her to River Falls Area Hospital with undetermined injuries. Spring Valley Fire Department also assisted PCSO on the scene.

Officers responded to a one-vehicle crash at 1:14 p.m. Friday, Dec. 24 on US Highway 10 west of 620th Avenue in the town of Oak Grove. Deborah Eaton-Arey, 69, Prescott, was driving a 2015 Subaru Outback eastbound on US Highway 10 when she drove off the road and entered the ditch. Allina Health Ambulance Service transported her to Regions Hospital in St. Paul with undisclosed injuries. Prescott Fire Department, Prescott Police Department and Allina Health Ambulance Service assisted PCSO at the scene.
