BLOOMINGTON, Minn. Normandale Community College honored more than 1,500 graduates as part of its 2022 Commencement Ceremony at Orchestra Hall, including Cari Cornelius, Spring Valley, who graduated with an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Education with honors and an Associate of Science degree in Accounting with honors. Cornelius was also named to the 2022 Spring Semester Dean’s List.
