RIVER FALLS — Clint Delander has announced his candidacy for Municipal Judge for the City of River Falls, emphasizing fairness, impartiality, and respect for the law and the people it serves.

“As a lifelong resident of River Falls, I am running because I believe municipal court should be a place where people are treated with dignity, listened to carefully, and judged fairly based on facts and the law,” Delander said. “The role of a judge is not political. It is about judgment, consistency, and integrity.”

Municipal court handles matters that directly affect the daily lives of River Falls residents. Delander believes the court should balance accountability with common sense, ensuring that decisions promote public safety while remaining fair and proportionate.

“As municipal judge, my commitment would be to apply the law evenly, without favoritism or agenda,” Delander added. “Every person who comes before the court deserves respect and a clear, impartial decision.”
