The Ellsworth Public Library is sponsoring a community-wide Medallion Hunt as part of its summer "Color Our World" program.
A custom-design medallion has been hidden somewhere in Ellsworth, and the first person to find it will win 50 Ellsworth Bucks. The first clue will be released on Monday, August 11 at 10:00 a.m.
Participants can find the clues on the front and back doors of the Ellsworth Public Library, on the library’s Facebook page, and on its website at www.ellsworthlibrary.org. Clues will be posted daily, at the same time and places until the medallion is found.
Once the medallion is found, it should be brought to the library to claim the prize. The conclusion of the hunt will be announced in all clue locations. The event is open to the public and encourages all ages to get involved in this fun and engaging search through the community.
