The following charges were filed in Pierce County Circuit Court April 5-12.
An operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge was filed against
Marie T. Allen, 60, Prescott, on April 7. An initial appearance is set for 9:30 a.m. June 21.
Lemar L. Hines, 47, Ellsworth, posted a $10,000 signature bond on felony OWI-fourth, felony operating with PAC and misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer charges April 7. A preliminary hearing is set for 10 a.m. May 18.
Two hit and run charges were filed against Hunter Daniel Kern, 22, Bay City, on April 9. An initial appearance is set for 9:30 a.m. May 17.
Cory Stephen King, 19, Lakeville, Minn., was charged April 7 with one count of felony armed robbery resulting from a March 25 incident at St. Croix Liquors in Prescott. An initial appearance is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. May 10. King is currently being held at St. Croix County Jail for a felony attempted robbery of a financial institution.
Cristal J. Knuth, 38, Ellsworth, was charged with disorderly conduct April 7. An initial appearance is set for 9:30 a.m. May 3.
Bailey Joseph Langer,
21, Prescott, posted a $10,000 signature bond on a felony substantial battery – intend bodily harm charge April 7 stemming from an incident at Shooter’s Bar in River Falls. A preliminary hearing is set for 11:30 a.m. May 13.
Allen G. McCuen, 34, Elmwood, is facing six contempt of court/disobey order charges, filed April 9. An initial appearance is set for 9:30 a.m. April 19.
Melissa Ann Remington,
40, River Falls, pleaded innocent and posted a $1,000 signature bond on an operating while revoked charge April 5. A status conference is set for 8:30 a.m. May 5.
An operate without valid license (third with three years) charge was filed against Nicholas Thomas Ryan, 33, Ellsworth, on April 9. An initial appearance is set for 9:30 a.m. May 3.
OWI-second and operating with PAC-second charges were filed against Collin A. Roettger, 22, Beldenville, on April 9. An initial appearance is set for 9:30 a.m. May 3.
Charlotte Marie Steenberg, 36, Ellsworth, pleaded innocent and posted a $10,000 signature bond on two contempt of court – disobey order counts and one criminal damage to property charge April 8. A pre-trial conference is set for 1 p.m. May 11.
