The following cases were filed in Pierce County Court last week.
March 15 Timothy J. Phillips, 37, Ellsworth, was charged with Possession of misdemeanor counts of Possession of THC and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. His initial court appearance is April 12.
Michael Stephen Brecount, 58, Prescott, was charged with OWI (2nd) and Operating w/PAC (2nd). His initial appearance is May 17.
March 16 Michelle A. Driscoll, 47, River Falls, was charged with felony counts of Neglecting a Child and Possession of Methamphetamine and misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. A summons was issued March 16, and her initial court appearance is April 26.
Steven Wayne Aslakson, 38, River Falls, was charged with felony Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. A summons was issued march 16, and an initial court appearance was scheduled for April 26.
