Haydin Wagner, 30, Minneapolis, Dec. 18, was charged with take and drive vehicle without consent, vehicle operator flee/elude officer, resisting or obstructing an officer. An initial appearance was scheduled for Feb. 8.
Michael McFadden, 50, Marinette, Dec. 18, was charged with OWI (5th or 6th), operating with PAC (5th or 6th). Court appearance scheduled for Jan. 11.
