Initial appearances Lacey Rae Bien, 43, Red Wing, Minn., posted a $10,000 signature bond May 23 on felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine/coca, possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A status conference is slated for 1 p.m. June 24.

Adam V. Hersha, 46, Forest Lake, Minn., failed to make an initial appearance May 23 on a felony theft by contractor charge. A bench warrant was issued.

Steven M. Hudson, 50, Ellsworth, failed to make an initial appearance May 23 on a fraud/innkeeper – nonpayment charge. A bench warrant was issued.

Tanner M. Marko, 27, Prescott, pleaded not guilty and posted a $5,000 signature bond on misdemeanor bail jumping and operating while revoked charges May 23. A status conference is set for 1 p.m. July 19.

Jay Dale Oberg, 42, Hager City, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond May 19 on an operate without valid license (second within three years) charge. A status conference is scheduled for 1:15 p.m. June 13.

Christian Dale Oxley,

45, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond May 23 on OWI-third and operating with PAC-third charges. A pre-trial conference is slated for 1 p.m. July 13.

Natasha Marie Ritter, 36, Prescott, posted a $10,000 signature bond May 23 on felony bail jumping, computer message – threaten/ obscenity and disorderly conduct charges. A preliminary hearing is set for 2:30 p.m. June 2.

Mario Eduardo Rivera, 39, Stockholm, pleaded not guilty and posted a $300 signature bond on an operate without valid license (second within three years) charge May 23. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 11 a.m. June 28.

Benjamin Charles Souster, 49, Plum City, pleaded not guilty and was ordered to pay $500 cash bond on misdemeanor bail jumping and operating while revoked (alcohol related) charges May 18. A status conference is slated for 1:30 p.m. July 18.

Closed cases Dustin C. Baskin, 37, Menomonie, was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $277.80 May 23. The charge resulted from a Feb. 2 travc stop.

Ashley Nichole Bougie, 38, River Falls, was sentenced to 90 days in jail (time served) and ordered to pay $543 in court costs at a probation revocation hearing May 23. Bougie has been sentenced to probation for a domestic disorderly conduct charge Aug. 25. The charge stemmed from a June 13, 2021 incident in River Falls.

Carl Arthur Gregerson,

58, Eau Claire, was found guilty but not guilty due to mental defect/disease of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct May 23. A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed. Gregerson was committed to DHS for eight months. The charges resulted from a July 24, 2020 incident.

Danielle Lee Hanson,

35, Ellsworth, was convicted of felony maintain drug travcking place (as party to a crime), sentenced to three years' probation and fined $518 May 18. Felony possession of methamphetamine, possess drug paraphernalia, and two neglecting a child (specified harm did not oc cur) charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from an Aug. 4 incident.

Benjamin J. Hohmann,

37, Bay City, was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $277.80 May 23. Resisting or ob- structing an ovcer and oper ating while revoked (alcohol related) charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents Dec. 5 and Jan. 29.

Bryce Thomas Horning,

27, Hastings, Minn., waived extradition to Dakota County, Minn., on May 23.

John Robinson, 39, Anoka, Minn., was sentenced to one year in jail (130 days credit) and ordered to pay $518 in court fees at a probation revocation hearing May 17. Robinson had been convicted of felony maintain drug travcking place (as party to a crime) and sentenced to three years’ probation Oct. 14, 2021. The charges stemmed from an Aug. 4 incident.

Misdemeanor bail jumping and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse/threat/use of dangerous weapon) charges against Joshua David Ross, 36, Amery, were read-in but dismissed by stipulation of a Polk County case May 18. The charges resulted from incidents Jan. 14, 2021 and July 7, 2021.

Trevor Jon Rothstein,

38, Spring Valley, was convicted of operate with restricted controlled substance (second) May 23, sentenced to one year’s probation and 15 days in jail, fined $1,429, and ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment and install an ignition interlock device after a one year’s driver’s license revocation. OWI-second and possess illegally/obtained prescription charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from a March 16, 2021 incident.

Jack Henry Ryan, 25, Prescott, was convicted of operating while revoked (al- cohol related) and fined $443 May 18. The charge resulted from an April 3, 2021 travc stop.

Lilia Mirabel Saca Gualan, 23, Hudson, was convicted of operate without valid license (second within three years) and fined $443 May 18. The charge stemmed from a Jan. 23 travc stop.

Patrick Robert Sullivan,

51, Hager City, was convicted of felony bail jumping, possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia May 19, sentenced to three years’ probation and fined $1,404. Felony second-degree recklessly endangering safety, felony possession of methamphetamine, possess drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from a Nov. 21, 2020 incident.

Deferred cases Joseph Patrick Montgomery, 44, Ellsworth, pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement on an operate without valid license (third within three years) charge May 23. The charge stemmed from a Nov. 3 incident.
