Initial appearances Melissa Marie Crocker, 42, River Falls, posted a $5,000 signature bond on a felony forgery – uttering charge May 16. A preliminary hearing is slated for 2:30 p.m. May 31.

David Kenneth Johnson,

29, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond on a misdemeanor bail jumping charge May 16. A status conference is set for 1:15 p.m. June 21.

Corey Matthew Mc-Cutcheon, 33, Somerset, posted a $10,000 signature bond on felony bail jumping, felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor bail jumping charges May 16. A preliminary hearing is slated for 11:30 a.m. June 3.

Alexander William Place, 23, River Falls, was ordered to pay $500 cash bail on felony possession of child pornography (lifetime super- vision of serious sex ouend ers) and felony exhibition of child pornography (lifetime supervision of serious sex offenders) charges May 12. A status conference is set for 4 p.m. June 9.

Aaron Richard Powers,

25, River Falls, pleaded not guilty to and posted a $5,000 signature bond on OWI-second and operating with PAC-second charges May 16. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9 a.m. Aug. 1.

Frank J. Rezny, 34, Tamarack, Minn., posted a $10,000 signature bond May 13 on a battery (domestic abuse – infliction of physical pain or injury) charge. A status conference is scheduled for 4 p.m. June 14.

A misdemeanor bail jumping charge against Jamie Lee Wadkins, 38, River Falls, was dismissed before an initial appearance May 17.

Chace Allen Williams,

27, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted two $5,000 signature bonds on criminal damage to property, two disorderly conduct and 14 misdemeanor bail jumping charges May 11. A status conference is set for 10:30 a.m. July 19.

Closed cases Rafael Alvarado Javier, 51, River Falls, was convicted of operate without valid license (third within three years) and fined $643 May 11. Misdemeanor bail jumping and operate without valid license (third within three years) charges were read-in but dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents Jan. 16, 2021 and Aug. 18, 2021.

Alexander Robert Danielson, 28, St. Paul, was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $277.80 May 13. Felony strangulation and suffocation and battery charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from a March 10, 2021 incident.

Devon Martell Fox, 34, River Falls, was sentenced to one year in jail (182 days credit) at a probation revocation hearing May 13 on a felony failure to support child (120+ days) charge. He was also ordered to pay $518 in unpaid court costs. The charge resulted from a July 1, 2015 incident.

Megan Patricia Hanson,

33, Middleton, was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $277.80 May 13. A re sisting or obstructing an of- ficer charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a June 27, 2021 incident.

Deltyn Le Lincoln, 27, Maiden Rock, was convicted of misdemeanor bail jumping and operating while revoked (alcohol related), sentenced to two years’ probation and 80 days in jail, and fined $886 May 13. The charges resulted from a Jan. 11, 2022 incident.

Yimi Martinez-Nava, 40, River Falls, was convicted of operating while revoked (alcohol related) and fined $443, May 16. An ignition interlock device tampering/ failure to install, violate court order charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Feb. 10 incident.

Nahashon Mbugua, 50, Red Wing, Minn., was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $277.80 May 13. Battery (domestic abuse), knowingly violate a domestic abuse order – temporary restraining order and two disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents Feb. 17, 2019; Oct. 14, 2019; and March 25, 2019.

Kevin S. McElderry, 38, Faribault, Minn., was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $443 May 16. The charge stemmed from a Dec. 3, 2019 incident.

Willie Lee Ricks, 42, Red Wing, Minn., was convicted of possess illegally obtained prescription and fined $443 May 16. Operating while revoked – fourth and two misdemeanor bail jumping charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents Oct. 9, 2021 and Feb. 8, 2022.

Two felony forgery – uttering (as party to a crime) charges against Chad Douglas Stewart, 40, Cottage Grove, Minn., were dismissed May 16. The charges stemmed from an Aug. 3, 2020 incident.

Jacque Howard Vezina,

43, River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), sentenced to two years of probation, ordered to undergo a domestic violence assessment and fined $543 May 16. Bat tery and criminal trespass to dwelling charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from a Feb. 27 incident.

Kandis Marie Weiand,

36, Prescott, was convicted of operate without valid license (third within three years) and fined $277.80 May 11. The charge stemmed from an Oct. 30, 2021 travc stop.

Deferred cases John Anthony Dugger,

20, South St. Paul, Minn., pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement May 16 on an attempt obtain controlled substance by fraud charge. The charge stemmed from a March 23, 2021 incident.

Tristan Michael Kaeder,

23, Ellsworth, pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement on a resisting/failing to stop charge May 13. The charge resulted from a Feb. 13 incident.

Deltyn Le Lincoln, 27, Maiden Rock, pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement on a felony neglecting a child (no harm and child > 6 or disability) charge May 13. The charge stemmed from a Sept. 15, 2020 incident
