A bench warrant was issued May 9 for Bradley Dean Blanchard, 26, Bayport, Minn., who failed to make in initial appearance on a criminal damage to property charge.

Wyatt James Blomberg,

17, Ellsworth, posted a $10,000 signature bond May 9 on exposing genitals/pubic area/intimate parts – child act as actor/close age of actor and child, three felony third degree sexual assault and four felony second degree sexual assault of child charges. A preliminary hearing will be held at 11 a.m. June 14.

Tyesha Shatara Davis,

30, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond May 6 on a disorderly conduct charge. A status conference is set for 3:30 p.m. June 9.

Michael Richard Gilliland, 43, Bay City, posted a $10,000 signature bond May 4 on felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC, and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A preliminary hearing is set for 4 p.m. May 23.

A bench warrant was issued May 9 for Dylan C. Jungwirth, 18, Ellsworth, who failed to make an initial appearance on theft – movable property and criminal damage to property charges.

Venus Mildre Marquez Melendez, 41, Red Wing, Minn., posted a $10,000 signature bond May 9 on felony possession of methamphetamine and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. June 14.

Malcolm John Leo Mulwa, 28, River Falls, was ordered to pay $500 cash bail on felony burglary – building/dwelling (domestic abuse, repeater), felony intimidate victim/use or attempt force (domestic abuse, repeater), battery (domestic abuse, repeater), disorderly conduct (domestic abuse, repeater), criminal trespass to dwelling (domestic abuse, repeater) and criminal damage to property (domestic abuse, repeater) charges May 5. A preliminary hearing is slated for 2:30 p.m. May 24.

Jay Dale Oberg, 42, Hager City, posted a $10,000 signature bond May 9 on felony possession of narcotic drugs and two operate without valid license (second within three years) charges. A status conference will be held at 1:15 p.m. June 13.

Lonnie Wayne Pechuman, 29, Prescott, was ordered to pay $2,000 cash bail May 4 on felony first degree sexual assault/aided by others (lifetime supervision of serious sex ouenders, as par ty to a crime), felony kidnapping/ use deceit to induce (as party to a crime), felony false imprisonment (as party to a crime) and two felony bail jumping charges. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 11 a.m. June 7.

Daniel Glen Reamer, 41, Maiden Rock, was ordered to pay $500 cash bail on felony bail jumping (repeater) and felony drive or operate vehicle without consent (repeater) charges May 9. A preliminary hearing is set for 4 p.m. May 26.

Patrick L. Wright, 52, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond May 9 on misdemeanor bail jumping and operate without valid license (second within three years) charges. A status conference is slated for 8:30 a.m. July 13.

Closed cases Scott Allan Altenburg, 58, Ellsworth, was convicted of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), battery, violate foreign protection order and resisting or obstructing an ovcer, sentenced to two years' probation and fined $1,872. He pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement on a felony substantial battery – intend bodily harm (domestic abuse) charge.

Felony bail jumping, felony battery or threat to judge/ prosecutor/law enforcement ovcer, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, two misdemeanor bail jumping, and two violate foreign protection order charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents July 2, 2019.

An operate without valid license (second within three years) charge against Lilia Harina Gualain, 28, River Falls, was dismissed May 9. The charge stemmed from a Nov. 8 travc stop.

Orrin James Horning,

37, Prescott, was convicted of resisting or obstructing an ovcer, misdemeanor bail jumping and disorderly conduct May 9, sentenced to two years' probation and fined $1,329. A disorderly conduct charge was read-in but dismissed. Criminal trespass to dwelling and felony burglary – building/dwelling (as party to a crime) charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents July 6, 2020 and Jan. 16, 2021.

James A. Krubsack,

50, Prescott, was convicted of operating while revoked (alcohol related) and fined $443 May 9. An ignition interlock device tampering/ failure to install/violate court order charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Dec. 17, 2018 travc stop.

Jeurey Russell Transue,

36, St. Paul, waived extradition to Minnesota May 4.
