Initial appearances Ashley Nichole Bougie, 38, River Falls, posted a $5,000 signature bond April 19 on felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of THC charges. A preliminary hearing is slated for 1 p.m. May 19.

Blake Edward Halverson, 29, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $10,000 signature bond April 13 on domestic disor – derly conduct (repeater) and criminal damage to property (repeater) charges. A status con –

ference is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. May 17.

Charles Edward Holerud, 54, Ellsworth, was ordered to pay $100 cash bail on felony possession of methamphetamine and felony bail jumping charges April 14. A preliminary hearing is set for 3:30 p.m. April 26.

Kristie Ann Hoyer, 36, Red Wing, Minn., posted a $5,000 signature bond on felony possession of methamphetamine, felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping and pos session of THC charges April 19. A preliminary hearing is slated for 10 a.m. April 26.

Stephanie Marie Hughes, 26, Baldwin, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 sig- nature bond April 18 on disorderly conduct and criminal trespass to dwelling charges.

A status conference is scheduled for 2 p.m.

Rachel Elizabeth Hutcheson, 23, Prescott, posted a $10,000 signature bond April 15 on felony burglary – building or dwelling and take/drive vehicle without con –

sent – abandon vehicle charges. A prelimi nary hearing is set for 2:30 p.m. April 27.

Andrew H. Lemke, 36, Menomonie, pleaded not guilty and posted a $10,000 sig- nature bond April 18 on a sexual intercourse with child 16 or older/actor 19 or older charge. A status conference is slated for 8:30 a.m. June 13.

Kayla L. Wilbur, 29, Spring Valley, failed to make an initial appearance April 19 on fel ony neglecting a child (no harm and child under 6 or disability, repeater) and two ne –

glecting a child (specified harm did not oc – cur, repeater) charges. A bench warrant was issued for her arrest. Closed cases Randall Brent Johnson, 55, River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct (do- mestic abuse), sentenced to two years' pro – bation and fined $543 April 15. A felony bail jumping charge was dismissed. A fel –

ony child abuse – intentionally cause harm charge was dismissed upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement.

The charges resulted from incidents April 19, 2020 and Feb. 10, 2022.

Cory Stephen King, 20, Rush City, Minn., was convicted of felony armed robbery April 13, sentenced to two years in prison and four years of extended supervision, ordered to pay $935 restitution plus a 10% surcharge, and fined $518. The charge stemmed from a March 25, 2021 incident in Prescott. A battery charge against Kelly M. Langevin, 28, Edina, Minn., was dismissed April 13 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge resulted from a Sept. 11, 2020 incident.

Kayla Louise Loverude, 33, Durand, was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $150.10 on April 18. The charge stemmed from a Jan. 21 travc stop. Carol Kay Mitchell, 69, West St. Paul, Minn., was convicted of OWI-second April 13, sentenced to 10 days in jail, ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment and to install an ignition interlock device for one year after a one-year driver's license revocation, and fined $1,429. Operating with PAC and oper – ating while revoked (alcohol related) charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from a July 21, 2020 travc stop in Prescott.

Tiuany Anasthia Russell, 33, River Falls, was convicted of possession of THC April 18 and fined $277.80. A possess drug para phernalia charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Dec. 31 incident.

Kenneth M. Waldvogel, 70, Plum City was convicted of disorderly conduct April 15 and fined $443. The charge resulted from a Dec. 21 incident.

Gary Michael Washington, 45, Brook – lyn Park, Minn., was convicted of carrying a concealed weapon and fined $443 April 18. A possess illegally obtained prescription charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Nov. 30, 2021 incident.

Deferred prosecution Austin Emmanuel Lardani, 26, Prescott, pleaded guilty to operating while revoked (alcohol related) and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement April 18.

The charge resulted from a Jan. 12 travc stop.
