PIERCE COUNTY Court Reports
Initial appearances Shawn Billy Goulette, 42, Hager City, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond on a disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge April 11. A pre-trial conference is set for 1:30 p.m. May 13.
Manuel Maria Japon Contento, 50, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond April 7 on operating while revoked (alcohol related) and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install charges. A status conference is scheduled for 2 p.m. May 2.
Cody Thomas Williams, 27, Ellsworth, posted a $10,000 signature bond April 11 on three felony bail jumping and two misdemeanor bail jumping charges. A status conference is slated for 10:30 a.m. April 26.
Deferred prosecution Robert Albert Juhnke, 39, River Falls, pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement on a domestic disorderly conduct charge April 12. The charge stemmed from a Nov. 16 incident.
Closed cases Daniel Glen Reamer, 41, Maiden Rock, waived extradition to Minnesota April 7.
