Initial appearances Naihla Laquann Buckley,
36, River Falls, failed to make an initial appearance Jan. 18 on theft – movable property, resisting or obstructing an officer and misdemeanor bail jumping charges, so a bench warrant was issued.
Joshua Tyler Smith-Larson, 26, River Falls, pleaded not guilty to and posted a $5,000 signature bond on criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct (use of a dangerous weapon) charges Jan. 18. He also posted a $10,000 signature bond on resisting or obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct (use of a dangerous weapon), and two misdemeanor bail jumping charges. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Feb. 10.
Richard Leonard Rodriguez II, 53, Ellsworth, posted a $10,000 signature bond on a felony OWI-fourth charge Jan. 18. A preliminary hearing is set for 4 p.m. Feb. 28.
Closed cases Joseph W. Brady, 36, Prescott, was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $277.80 Jan. 18. The charge resulted from an Aug. 20 incident.
A disorderly conduct charge against Cristal J. Knuth, 38, Ellsworth, was dismissed Jan. 18. The charge stemmed from a March 5 incident.
