Initial appearances Manuel Ignacio Contento Lapo, 33, River Falls, posted a $5,000 signature bond Dec. 15 on OWI-second, operating with PAC-second and two misdemeanor bail jumping charges. A status conference is slated for 2 p.m. Jan. 24.

Quentin James Eichman,

47, Galesville, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond Dec. 17 on a theft – movable property charge. He also posted a $5,000 signature bond on a felony burglary – building/dwelling charge. A preliminary hearing is set for 11 a.m. Jan. 18.

Mario Patriciohamilt Flores, 32, River Falls, failed to make an initial appearance for a disorderly conduct charge Dec. 20 and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Kyle Dean Hines, 35, Plum City, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond Dec. 20 on disorderly conduct, battery and misdemeanor bail jumping charges. A pre-trial conference is slated for 1:30 p.m. Jan. 27.

Nathaniel James Hochule,

23, Stillwater, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond on disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer charges Dec. 20. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 2:15 p.m. Jan. 25.

Rorylee Nolan Mc-Connell, 36, Taylor, posted a $5,000 signature bond Dec. 20 on felony burglary – building/dwelling (as party to a crime) and felony possession of methamphetamine charges. A preliminary hearing is slated for 11:30 a.m. Jan. 18.

Lisa M. McCuen, 33, Elmwood, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond Dec. 15 on possession of THC (repeater), possess drug paraphernalia (repeater) and two misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater) charges. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 1 p.m. Jan. 20.

Luke Mason Sutter, 21, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond Dec. 20 on OWI-second and operating with PAC-second charges. A pre-trial conference is set for 11 a.m. Jan. 20.

Closed cases Emily K. Haines, 22, Prescott, waived extradition Dec. 16 to Ramsey County, Minn.

Isaac Paul Kauffmann,

31, Ellsworth, was convicted of disorderly conduct Dec. 17 and fined $443. The charge resulted from a Jan. 29 incident.

Joshua J. Paff, 31, Neenah, was convicted of fourth degree sexual assault (domestic abuse), sentenced to two years’ probation, ordered to perform 50 hours of community service and fined $543 Dec. 15. The charge stemmed from an April 11, 2018 incident.

Angela Rose Pomasl, 34, Woodville, was convicted of receiving or concealing stolen property (as party to a crime), sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $443 Dec. 15. Two receiving or concealing stolen property (as party to a crime) charges were read-in but dismissed. A possess drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Sept. 2, 2020 incident.

Felony OWI-fourth, felony operate with a restricted controlled substance (fourth) and operating while revoked (alcohol related) charges against Melissa Ann Remington, 40, Prescott, were dismissed Dec. 3 without prejudice. The charges resulted from an incident Sept. 1, 2019.

Zackary Matthew Williams, 22, Menomonie, was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $150.10 Dec. 20. The charge resulted from a Sept. 11 traffic stop.
