Initial appearances Brady Sand Coulson, 55, Red Wing, Minn., posted a $10,000 signature bond Nov. 5 on felony OWI-fourth and operating while revoked charges. A preliminary hearing is set for 10 a.m. Dec. 16.
Albert M. Hillman, 53, New Brighton, Minn., waived extradition to Isanti County, Minn. Nov. 5.
Bobbi-Gean Klemme, 41, Hager City, posted a $10,000 signature bond Nov. 5 on felony possession of methamphetamine, possess drug paraphernalia and operate without valid license (third within three years) charges. A preliminary hearing is slated for 2 p.m. Dec. 16.
Aikan Robert Major, 26, St. Paul, posted a $10,000 signature bond Nov. 8 on felony attempt manufacture/deliver THC and resisting or obstructing an officer charges. A preliminary hearing is set for 2:30 p.m. Dec. 13.
Daniel Robert McCrae, 57, River Falls, posted a $10,000 signature bond Nov. 5 on felony possession of methamphetamine and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A preliminary hearing is set for 2:30 p.m. Dec. 16.
Laurel L. Sykes, 37, Maplewood, Minn., pleaded not guilty and was ordered to pay $250 cash bond on a resisting or obstructing an officer charge Nov. 3. She also waived extradition to Minnesota in a felony case. A status conference is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Nov. 22.
Edward Earl Walters, 57, Pine Island, Minn., posted a $10,000 signature bond on felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges Nov. 5. A preliminary hearing is slated for 1 p.m. Dec. 16.
Closed cases Christopher Amos Bell, 35, Long Beach, Calif., was convicted of possession of THC and fined $277.80 Nov. 4. The charges resulted from a Nov. 9, 2006 incident.
Resisting or obstructing an officer and domestic disorderly conduct charges against Heidi M. Kamrath-Johnson, 51, Prescott, were dismissed Nov. 4 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charges stemmed from a May 5, 2020 incident.
A felony possession of methamphetamine charge against Kayla Marie-Ann Linhart, 31, Zumbrota, Minn., was dismissed Nov. 4 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge resulted from a Dec. 24, 2019 incident.
A battery charge against Elizabeth Jane Russell, 36, Prescott, was dismissed Nov. 4 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge stemmed from a June 29, 2020 incident.
A felony possession of child pornography charge against Lucas P. Vannet, 30, Ellsworth, was dismissed Nov. 4 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge resulted from an Aug. 1, 2018 incident.
