Initial appearances Wesley Emil Alwin, 31, Spring Valley, was ordered to pay $1,000 cash bond on misdemeanor bail jumping, disorderly conduct and two felony bail jumping charges Oct. 27. The defendant was removed from the courtroom due to an outburst.

Richard Alan Beardmore, 64, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond on OWI-third and operating with PAC (third) charges Nov. 1. A pre-trial conference is set for 1:15 p.m. Dec. 20.

Jessica R. Dragun, 29, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond on a disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge Nov. 1. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 4 p.m. Dec. 16.

Monte Wade Gilbertson, 54, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond on OWI-third and operating with PAC (third) charges Nov. 1. A pre-trial conference is slated for 1 p.m. Dec. 20.

Michael Lyle Girard, 56, Ellsworth, posted a $25,000 signature bond Nov. 2 on felony bail jumping, felony OWI (seventh, eighth or ninth), resisting or obstructing an officer, possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. Dec. 7.

Chet Argo Greenlee, 45, Sioux Falls, S.D., posted a $10,000 signature bond Nov. 2 on a felony OWI-fourth charge. A preliminary hearing is slated for 1 p.m. Dec. 14.

Megan Patricia Hanson, 33, Middleton, was ordered to pay $450 cash bond on disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer charges Nov. 1. A pre-trial conference is set for 2 p.m. Dec. 20.

Jennifer Lynne Javner, 30, River Falls, posted a $10,000 signature bond on battery, disorderly conduct, felony bail jumping and two criminal damage to property charges Nov. 2. She posted a second $10,000 signature bond Nov. 2 on felony bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct charges. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Nov. 16.

Aiden Alexander Jones, 17, Hastings, Minn., posted a $10,000 signature bond Nov. 2 on felony resist officer – substantial bodily harm/soft tissue injury, disorderly conduct, possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A preliminary hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Dec. 17.

Maxwell John Meurett, 22, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond on two graffiti charges Oct. 29. A pre-trial conference is slated for 9:30 a.m. Nov. 17.

A $5,000 signature bond was reinstated Oct. 29 for Christopher Patrick Paar, 34, Baldwin, who is facing a felony possession of methamphetamine charge. He was returned on a warrant Oct. 29. A status conference is set for 1:30 p.m. Dec. 14.

Augustine Tuatangiketatau Pupungatoa-Leone,

27, River Falls, posted a $5,000 signature bond Nov. 2 on felony substantial battery – intend bodily harm and disorderly conduct charges. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Dec. 7.

Zackary Matthew Williams, 22, Menomonie, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond on an operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge Nov. 1. A pretrial conference is slated for 1:45 p.m. Dec. 20.

Patrick L. Wright, 51, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond on OWI-second and operating with PAC (second) charges Nov. 1. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Dec. 13.

Failure to appear Christopher Kegan Mariana, 27, St. Paul, failed to appear at an initial appearance Nov. 1, so a warrant was issued for his arrest. He is charged with computer message – threaten/obscenity.

Deferred prosecution Adriana Ramirez-Vega, 32, Baldwin, was convicted of battery and disorderly conduct, sentenced to two years’ probation and fined $886 Nov. 1. She also pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement on a felony battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer charge. The charges stemmed from a July 27, 2020 incident.

Closed cases Devan Blaine Anderson, 23, Balsam Lake, was convicted of county – possess drug paraphernalia and fined $277.80 Oct. 29. The charge resulted from a Dec. 31, 2020 incident.

Breanne Lee Bockenhauer, 31, Hudson, was convicted of OWI-third Oct. 29, sentenced to 65 days in jail (30 days stayed), fined $1,744 and ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment and install an ignition interlock device after a twoyear license revocation. The charge stemmed from a Sept. 4, 2019 traffic stop.

Chase P. Campbell, 36, Luck, waived extradition

to Minnesota Nov. 2.

Two felony bail jumping charges against

Michael Duane Condon, 59, Eau Claire, were read-in but dismissed Oct. 29. The charges resulted from an Aug. 21, 2019 incident.

Zachary Matthew DeGross, 27, Ellsworth, was convicted of felony possession of narcotic drugs Oct. 27, sentenced to one year in prison and two years’ extended supervision and fined $518. A possess drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from an Oct. 1, 2020 incident.

Perry Shawn Hardesty, 48, Ellsworth, waived extradition Oct. 29 to Ramsey County, Minn.

Albert M. Hillman, 53, New Brighton, Minn., was convicted of theft – movable property Oct. 27, sentenced to three years’ probation, ordered to pay $3,630 in restitution and fined $518. The charge resulted from a June 27 incident.

Resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct charges against Aiden Alexander Jones, 17, Hastings, Minn., were dismissed Nov. 1 because they were refiled in a felony case. The charges stemmed from a Sept. 26 incident in Prescott.

A domestic disorderly conduct charge against

Hasan Khalil-King McDuffie, 29, Hudson was dismissed upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement Oct. 26. The charge stemmed from a March 15, 2020 incident.

Bert Louis Kirchoff, 44, Ellsworth, was sentenced to nine months in jail (with 117 days credit) and ordered to pay a $443 civil judgment at a probation revocation hearing Nov. 2. Kirchoff had been convicted of violate/harassment restraining order – conjunction March 2. The charge resulted from a May 3, 2020 incident.

Jacilynn Kay Lassell, 31, Durand, was convicted of contempt of court – disobey order, sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $443 Oct. 27. She was also sentenced to three years’ probation and fined $961 Oct. 27 at a sentencing hearing; a deferred judgment of conviction agreement on felony possession of methamphetamine and possess drug paraphernalia charges was revoked June 29. The charges stemmed from incidents Feb. 24, 2020 and April 21.

Thomas J. Meyers, 52, Superior, was sentenced to two years’ probation and 90 days in jail and fined $886 Nov. 2 in regards to an Aug. 31 fourth degree sexual assault conviction (two counts). Meyers also has to undergo a psychosexual evaluation and registered on the sex offender registry for 15 years. The charges resulted from a Nov. 16, 2019 incident.

OWI (fifth+) and operating with PAC (fifth+) charges against Robert B. Norman, 57, River Falls, were dismissed Oct. 22. The charges resulted from a July 20, 1996 traffic stop.

An OWI-second charge against Rochelle A. Northrup, 65, address unknown, was dismissed Oct. 22. The charge stemmed from a Nov. 30, 1990 traffic stop.

Cause injury/OWI and cause injury/operating with BAC +.1% charges against James C. Orr, 47, address unknown, were dismissed Oct. 22. The charges resulted from a June 25, 1993 traffic stop.

A domestic battery charge against Jonathan Allen Paul, 51, Beldenville, was dismissed upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement Oct. 22. The charge stemmed from an incident occurring June 21, 2020.

Ryan James Rasmussen, 49, River Falls, was convicted of OWI-third Oct. 26, sentenced to one year’s probation and 14 days in jail, fined $2,172 and ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment and install an ignition interlock device for 33 months after a 33-month driver’s license revocation. An operating with PAC-third charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a Dec. 30, 2020 traffic stop.

Chase Andrew Rogers, 26, Barron, was convicted of possession of THC and fined $277.80 Oct. 19. A possess drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from an incident occurring May 14.

Michael Anthony Saunders, 54, Prescott, was convicted of battery and domestic disorderly conduct, sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $986 Oct. 25. A knowingly violate a domestic abuse order injunction charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents occurring March 21 and April 20.

Robert J. Schnorr, 78, Ellsworth, was convicted of disorderly conduct Nov. 1 at a jury trial and fined $443. The charge stemmed from a June 17, 2020 incident.

An OWI-second charge against Michael J. Schwartz, 66, St. Paul, was dismissed Oct. 22. The charge stemmed from a May 29, 1995 traffic stop.

Michael James Swanson, 42, Prescott, was convicted of operating commercial motor vehicle without a license – Wisconsin resident and fined $643 Oct. 25. The charge resulted from an April 30 traffic stop.

Matthew Allen Turenne, 30, River Falls, waived extradition Oct. 27 to Minnesota.
