Timothy Adam Chambers, 23, Prescott, pleaded not guilty to passing into oncoming traffic, unreasonable and imprudent speed, operating left of center and reckless driving – endanger safety Oct. 5. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 10:45 a.m. Nov. 9.
Erinn H. Cramer, 38, Hudson, was ordered to pay $250 cash bond on misdemeanor bail jumping and operating while revoked (alcohol relate) charges Oct. 6. A pre-trial conference is set for 2 p.m. Nov. 2.
Teanna Marie Einberger, 23, Red Wing, Minn., was returned on a warrant Oct. 6 and pleaded not guilty to an operate without valid license (second within three years) charge. A pretrial conference is slated for 11 a.m. Dec. 6.
A $5,000 signature bond was reinstated for Charles Edward Holerud, 54, Ellsworth, when he was returned a warrant for felony possession of methamphetamine and possess drug paraphernalia charges Oct. 8. A preliminary hearing is set for 2 p.m. Nov. 15.
Allen Gene McCuen, 35, Elmwood, posted a $10,000 signature bond on felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC, eight felony bail jumping and three misdemeanor bail jumping charges Oct. 5. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 2 p.m. Nov. 8.
Meagan Marie Moga, 20, Royalton, Minn., pleaded not guilty to failure to obey traffic officer – highway area Oct. 4. A pre-trial conference is slated for 10 a.m. Nov. 18.
Jeffrey Bryan Sympson, 40, Bay City, was ordered to pay $500 cash bond on battery (domestic abuse, repeater) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse, repeater) charges Oct. 8. A pretrial conference is set for 3:30 p.m. Nov. 8.
Closed cases Melissa M. Hoikka, 35, Lake City, Minn., was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $277.80 Oct. 6. An operate without valid license (second within three years) charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from incidents Jan. 26, 2020 and March 17, 2020.
Darrin Robert Welch, 29, Bay City, was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $277.80 Oct. 7. The charge resulted from an incident May 25.
