Initial appearances John Warren Adrian, 43, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $5,000 signature bond Sept. 13 on battery (domestic abuse) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges. Apre-trial conference is set for 2 p.m. Oct. 27.

Manuel Ignacio Contento Lapo, 33, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond on an operate without valid license (thirdplus within three years) charge Sept. 13. A pre-trial conference is slated for 11:15 a.m. Oct. 19.

Miguel Angel Contento Lapo, 28, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond on an operate without valid license (second within three years) charge Sept. 13. A pre-trial conference will be held at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 19.

Ishmael C. Ewing, 32, Red Wing, Minn., posted a $5,000 signature bond Sept. 13 on a felony substantial battery – intend bodily harm charge. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Oct. 12.

Aaron Ryan Glynn, 32, Prescott, pleaded not guilty and was ordered to pay $650 cash bail on battery (domestic abuse) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges Sept. 13. He also pleaded not guilty and posted a $10,000 signature bond on OWI-second, operating with PAC-second and operating while revoked (alcohol related) charges. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 11 a.m. Oct. 19.

Maria Raquel Heineman,

39, River Falls, posted a $25,000 signature bond Sept. 14 on felony possess with intent – amphetamine, felony maintain drug trafficking place, neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur), possession of cocaine/coca, possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A preliminary hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. Sept. 28.

Jennifer R. Kohl, 44, River Falls, posted a $25,000 signature bond Sept. 13 on felony solicitation of kidnapping/carry without consent and felony solicitation of substantial battery – intend bodily harm charges. A preliminary hearing is set for 11:30 a.m. Sept. 28.

Sabastian A. Manneh, 26, Brooklyn Center, Minn., pleaded not guilty Sept. 14 and posted a $2,500 cash bond Aug. 19 on resisting or obstructing an officer, battery, disorderly conduct and misdemeanor bail jumping charges. A pre-trial conference is set for 10:30 a.m. Oct. 25.

Tanner Mitchell Marko,

26, Prescott, posted a $10,000 signature bond on felony possession of THC (second-plus offense), three operating while revoked (alcohol related) and five misdemeanor bail jumping charges Sept. 13. A preliminary hearing was set for 3:45 p.m. Sept. 16.

John William Moeller, 30, Lake St. Croix Beach, Minn., posted a $10,000 signature bond Sept. 13 on felony substantial battery – intend bodily harm and disorderly conduct charges. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. Nov. 1.

28, Prescott, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond an on operate without valid license (third-plus within three years) charge Sept. 14. A pre-trial conference is slated for 11 a.m. Oct. 25.

Esperanza Alejandrina Quezada Erraez, 21, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond Sept. 13 on a resisting/failing to stop charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 10:15 a.m. Oct. 19.

Luis Fernando Sacagualan, 31, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond on an operate without valid license (second within three years) charge Sept. 13. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 11 a.m. Oct. 19.

Karla J. Schutz, 48, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond on an operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge Sept. 13. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Oct. 12.

Deontae Lakeith Thomas,

32, Red Wing, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond on an operate without valid license (thirdplus within three years) charge Sept. 13. A pre-trial conference is set for 1:30 p.m. Oct. 25.

27, Hudson, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond on an operate without valid license (third-plus within three years) charge Sept. 13. A pre-trial conference is slated for 10:45 a.m. Oct. 19.

Steven Adam Wolfsteller,

37, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond Sept. 8 on a possess drug paraphernalia charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 2 p.m. Oct. 12.

Closed cases Stephen Wayne Aslakson,

39, River Falls, was convicted of neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur), sentenced to one year of probation and fined $443 Sept. 13. Information on a possess drug paraphernalia (as party to a crime) charge was entered. The charge stemmed from an incident Feb. 9.

Brian James Atherton, 55, Hager City, was convicted of violate/harassment restraining order – injunction, sentenced to 45 days in jail (time served) and fined $443 Sept. 13. A violate/ harassment restraining order – injunction charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents that occurred Feb. 25 and April 15.

An abandonment of a child charge against Emily Evans-Potter,

39, Addison, Texas was dismissed Sept. 13. The charge stemmed from an incident on Jan. 27, 2020.

Duane Allen Glendenning,

43, Menomonie, waived extradition Sept. 14 to Ramsey County, Minn.

Hawkens Nathaniel Loomis, 35, River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), sentenced to one year of probation and fined $543 Sept. 13. Battery (domestic abuse) and felony strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse) charges were read-in but dismissed. The charged resulted from an incident July 23, 2020.

Misdemeanor bail jumping and operating while revoked (alcohol related) charges against Tanner M. Marko, 26, Prescott, were dismissed Sept. 13. The charges stemmed from a May 29 incident.

William Rogers Payne Jr.,

52, Hudson, was convicted of operate without carrying license and fined $277.50 Sept. 13. The charge resulted from a June 30 traffic stop.

Mala Maharani Persaud,

22, Minneapolis, was convicted of theft, fined $277.80 and ordered to pay $120 in restitution Sept. 13. Two theft – business setting charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from incidents April 23, 24 and 25 in Prescott.

Allison K. Pippel, 26, Elmwood, waived extradition Sept. 10 to Dakota County, Minn.

Michael J. West, 40, Kettle Moraine Correctional Institution, Plymouth, was convicted of operating while revoked (alcohol related) and fined $443 Sept. 13. The charge resulted from a Sept. 2, 2014 incident.

Steven Adam Wolfsteller,

37, River Falls, waived extradition to Minnesota Sept. 8.
