Closed cases
Resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct charges against Robert Austin Hedlund, 32, Apple Valley, Minn., were dismissed July 30 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charges were filed April 13, 2020.
Samuel Marvin Noyes, 44, River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $277.80 on July 30. The charge was filed March 18.
Courtney Adrienne Swanson, 40, St. Paul, was convicted of possess drug paraphernalia and fined $443 July 30. The charge was filed Nov. 25.
