April 19 – Willkommen to the Gala Silent Auction and Fund-a-Need begins April 20 – Classroom Projects open for bidding April 21 – Premier Auction begins April 22 – All bidding continues April 23 – Ein Prosit Oktoberfest Gala!
4 p.m. – Biergarten opens – Raffles and games begin – Pretzel bar available featuring Breuske's Authentic German Pretzels
4-5 p.m. – Live music by accordion player Joe Lammel
6-8 p.m. – German buffet and dessert bar available
6-8 p.m. – Live music by accordion player Joey Johnson
7:30 p.m. – Silent auction ends
8 p.m. – Premier Auction ends
8:30 p.m. – Program & Pledge drive
9:30 p.m. – DJ and dance Dress the theme by showing off your lederhosen and dirndl! Post a picture in your attire on social media using the hashtag #StFrancisGala
