ELLSWORTH – The Ellsworth Senior Center would like to invite all senior citizens age 50 and greater to the following events to be held at the senior center (312 Main St.): Discovering Together Tuesday, 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15. Matt Carter will lead us through the history of German POW camps in Wisconsin during WII and we’ll discover together their impact on our local counties and communities. A light lunch will be provided. Please note that this is a change to the regular schedule due to the Nov. 8 election.
Come and join the Pool Players every Monday and Friday from 1-3 p.m.
Euchre Card Players are meeting at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9. We will not be playing Euchre on the fourth Wednesday this month in order to celebrate Thanksgiving with our families. Foot Care with Carol Meyer is scheduled for Nov. 25. Please call the Senior Center at 715-273-5873 and schedule an appointment.
Celebrating Seniors Gathering, 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30. Kip Earney of Kip Earney Photography will be sharing his art pieces and comprehensive knowledge of the birds of the area. Cake and ice cream will be served following the presentation.
