Join us at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 10 at the Ellsworth Senior Center as Dan Goodier, originally from Bay City and a graduate of Ellsworth High School, will discuss his first novel, “Sounds of a Distant Train.” After a career in senior healthcare leadership, Dan pursued his lifelong dream of writing. Now living between Hudson and St. Croix Falls, Dan draws inspiration from family and the creative energy of his grandchildren. Don’t miss this heartfelt conversation as he shares the story behind “Sounds of a Distant Train.” A luncheon will follow, sponsored by the Ellsworth Senior Center and Friends of the Ellsworth Public Library.
The Ellsworth Senior Center is located at 229 W Main Street, in the lower level of English Lutheran Church. Please push the doorbell to the right of the doors for a few seconds and we will come and greet you. For more information, call 715-821-5847.
