ELLSWORTH – The Ellsworth Senior Center would like to invite all senior citizens age 50 and greater to the following events to be held at the senior center (312 W. Main St.): Celebrating Seniors Gathering Wednesday, 1:30 p.m. Sept. 28 for a Medicare update. The ADRC Elder Benefit Specialist, Jane White will be presenting information regarding Medicare. available options, and the changes with Medicare Advantage. Cake and ice cream will be served following the presentation.
Discovering Together Tuesday, 11 a.m. Oct. 11. Tonya Schmidt of Mindful SOULutions will share a mindful wellness program. We’ll explore mindfulness practices for wellness, including mindful breathing, movement, eating, and walking. A light lunch will be provided.
Come and join the Pool Players every Monday and Friday from 1-3 p.m.
Euchre Card Players are meeting on the second Thursday, Oct. 13 and the fourth Thursday, Oct. 27 at 1 p.m. Foot Care with Carol Meyer is scheduled for 11 a.m. Oct. 6 and 13. Please call the Senior Center at 715-273-5873 and schedule an appointment.
