The Ellsworth Senior Center is open on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8:30-11:30 a.m., except closed on July 3. Feel free to stop in to select food from the food pantry, or a puzzle to put together at home, or a DVD to watch at home.

All senior citizens age 50+ are invited to join us for our activities and events. The Ellsworth Senior Center is located at 229 W. Main St., in the lower level of English Lutheran Church. Please push the doorbell to the right of the doors for a few seconds and we will come and greet you. For more information, call 715-821-5847.

11 a.m. Tuesday, July 8: Discovering Together Tuesday will feature author Judie Ohm sharing stories from her book “Turret Tales,” which chronicles the remarkable life of Doug Ward, a Mondovi native WWII Army Air Corpsman, from his early years and wartime experiences to his post-war days at the Log Cabin Airport. A meal will be provided following the program courtesy of Ellsworth Senior Center and Friends of the Ellsworth Public Library.

1 p.m. July 10: You are invited to join the Euchre Card players the second and fourth Thursdays. Beginners also welcome.

Mondays and Fridays 1-4 p.m. Pool players invite others to come and join them. However, no pool players on Monday, June 16 as Vacation Bible School will be using the building.

A calendar with all the events at the Ellsworth Senior Center is available – pick one up at events or stop by for one.
