The Ellsworth Senior Center would like to invite all senior citizens aged 50 and greater to the following events to be held at the senior center:
Come and join the Pool Players every Monday and Friday from 1-4 p.m.
Euchre Card Players are meeting 1-3 p.m. Thursday, March 27 and Thursday, April 10. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to come.
Our Balanced Wellness Presentation with CJ Young will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 19. CJ will bring along her Tanita computer to read our personal Body Composition Readings following her presentation. CJ will present a wellness topic followed by some group exercises to help maintain our balance and strength
Celebrating Seniors Gathering will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 26. Pierce County Solid Waste/Recycling Department Operations Manager Tony Pfaff will be covering Pierce County's 2025 Recycling Guide; Wisconsin DNR battery recycling guidelines; and Wisconsin DNR HHW Management Guide which will help us identify, reduce and safely dispose of household hazardous waste. Cake and ice cream will be served following the presentation.
Gather for Game Day 1-3 p.m. Tuesday, April 1 for fun and group games. Share your afternoon and chase away the cabin fever that winter brings.
Katrina will provide Foot Care for a fee on Tuesday, April 1 (six-week) and Tuesday, April 22 (eight-week) beginning at 8:30 a.m. Call the Senior Center for more information or to schedule an appointment.
Our friends at the Prescott Senior Gathering Place have invited us to a performance by Just 4 Fun (part of the Chordsmen group) for a spring show preview at 1 p.m. April 3 at Prescott Senior Gathering Place located at 1220 St. Croix St., Prescott Middle School (former high school). They will have a greeter to guide you to the door and let you in as their door is always locked. Desserts will be served following the 40-50-minute presentation.
Unless otherwise stated, all events are at the Ellsworth Senior Center, located at English Lutheran Church (229 W. Main St., Ellsworth).
