The Ellsworth Community School District Board of Education has selected three finalists for the position of School District Superintendent. Final interviews will be conducted on April 16, 2024. The new superintendent will begin duties on July 1, 2024.

David Grambow is currently the Assistant Superintendent of the Hudson School District. After serving as a general and special education teacher for 13 years, Dr. Grambow began his career in educational administration as an elementary principal for three years at Willow River Elementary School in Hudson before becoming the district’s Learning Services Associate Director. After serving two years in that role, Grambow accepted a position as System Improvement Director for a year before beginning his current position as Assistant Superintendent in 2014. Dr. Grambow has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from UW-Whitewater, a Master of Science degree in Education from Winona State University, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of St. Thomas. Grambow earned his special education licensure at the University of St. Thomas, his principal licensure at UW-River Falls, and his superintendent licensure at St. Mary’s University in Minnesota.

Brian Nadeau became the Superintendent and 6-12 Principal for the Plum City School District in 2021. Before his current position, Nadeau held administrative positions as the PK-12 Principal in the Clayton School District, Assistant Principal in Tomah Middle School, and Dean of Students for Hudson Middle School. Before becoming an administrator, Nadeau was a middle school science teacher for 15 years working initially in the New Richmond School District and later becoming a member of the Viking Middle School staff in the Baldwin-Woodville Area School District. Nadeau completed his superintendent certification at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and his principal licensure program at Hamline University in St. Paul, Minn. His Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Secondary Education was earned at UW-River Falls.

Brian Seguin has been the Assistant Superintendent of Instruction in the School District of the Menomonie Area since 2011 after serving as the High School Assistant Principal and Academy of Achievement Principal in the Portage Community School District for five years. Prior to becoming a principal, Seguin taught high school marketing and business classes for two years in the Ashland School District and six years in the Waunakee Community School District. Seguin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Education from UW-Stout and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University. He completed his superintendent certification at Viterbo University in La Crosse.
