ELLSWORTH — The Ellsworth Community School District will hold a child development screening and 4K / 5K registration from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May at the Ellsworth Elementary School.
To register for four-year-old kindergarten your child must be four by Sept. 1, 2021. If you are registering for kindergarten your child must be five by Sept. 1, 2021.
Appointments are required for screening._Appointments are not required to register for 4YK. For an appointment or if you have questions, call Tina Hallock at 715-273-3912 or email [email protected] ellsworth.k12.wi.us.
Registration forms can be picked up at the elementary office or you can find them on the district website at www.ellsworth.k12.wi.us
