Elmwood Food Pantry is ready to serve

The Elmwood Food Pantry, located on Main Street in downtown Elmwood, is open for curbside pickup three days a month with volunteers ready to provide you with groceries, pet food, and more. When patrons drive up, they are given a checklist of all of the items that are available that day, so they can easily choose what they need. Items selected are then delivered to their vehicle.

The pantry hours are 3-6 p.m. the first Tuesday of every month, 9-11 a.m. the third Tuesday of every month and 9-11 a.m. the last Saturday of every month

For several years now, the Hugh J. Andersen Foundation of Bayport, Minn., has given a donation to the pantry. This year's generous grant amount is $4,000! The Elmwood Pantry is so grateful to again be a recipient of the Foundation's charitable giving.

Anyone needing food on an emergency basis can call the Elmwood Food Pantry at 715-639-2307. If you leave a message, please include a working phone number so a volunteer can return your call. Monetary donations are always welcome and can be mailed to PO Box 123, Elmwood, WI 54740.

We are thankful for the support of the Andersen Foundation, and for the ongoing support of many area individuals, churches, organizations and businesses. You are all so greatly appreciated!
