College attended: Northern Illinois University, Concordia University. I have been at Trinity Academy in Hudson for the past three years and have been a classroom aide and part-time counselor there.
Hobbies/interests: I enjoy reading, spending time outside, baking and spending time with my family.
Family: My husband, Matt, and I moved to this area eight years ago from Milwaukee. We have three children: Brant (9), Quinn (8) and Avery (6).
Why did you choose teaching as a profession? The best part of my job is being able to build connections with students and watch them grow. I love being available to listen to them through their ups and downs and seeing them gain skills to solve their own problems.
