ELLSWORTH – The Ellsworth Public Library is pleased to partner with the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Pierce County (ADRC) to offer Boost Your Brain and Memory, an engaging four-week class designed to support brain health and everyday memory skills.
The series will be held on Wednesdays—May 13, 20, June 10, and June 17, 2026—from 1-2:30 p.m. in the library’s Meeting Room.
Created with older adults in mind, this program goes beyond traditional “brain games.” Participants will explore research-based strategies that promote long-term brain health, build practical memory techniques, and support independence in daily life. The sessions take a whole-person approach—focusing on habits, mindset, and meaningful engagement.
Each class includes guided discussion, short educational videos, and hands-on activities using provided workbooks. The welcoming, small-group setting encourages conversation, connection, and shared learning—making the experience both useful and enjoyable.
Offered at no cost, this program reflects the shared commitment of the Library and ADRC to support the well-being of older adults throughout Pierce County.
Registration is required, and space is limited. Early sign-up is encouraged.
To Register please call, stop in or email the Ellsworth Public Library at 715-273-3209,
388 W Main Street, Ellsworth, elpstaff@ellsworthlibrary.org
