February activities

• 5 – Senior Board Meeting
• 5 and 19 – Foot care; call 715-425-9932 to make an appointment. Cost is $25; gift certificates are available
• 6 – Memory Café, 10-11 a.m.
• 9 – Shopping trip to Hudson from 1-3 p.m., leaving from Wellhaven. $2 bus fee; reserve seat with Senior Center 715-425-9932.
• 15 – Free Blood Pressure Clinic, 10:30 a.m. to noon.
• 15 – Wine and Cheese at 2 p.m.
• 27 – Senior Center General Meeting & Bingo at 1 p.m.

Ongoing activities

• Free 55+ fitness classes, 9 a.m. Monday-Friday
• Bingo, 1:30 p.m. Mondays
• Every Wednesday is Pie Day for lunch
• Cards/euchre, 1 p.m. Wednesdays
• Cards/500, 1 p.m. Fridays
• Coffee hour, 9:30 a.m. Monday-Saturday

The River Falls Senior Center invites you to a free lunch on your birthday. Show an ID and lunch is on us.

Travel to New England next fall to experience historic sites and beautiful fall foliage. Leaving River Falls Sept. 29 returning Oct. 14. For more information contact Marie Deja at 715-307-1250. Space is limited so sign up now to reserve your place. We are filling up fast.

The Senior Center is open at Wellhaven for in-person dining. We offer delicious meals Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.; $6 requested donation. You are served an entrée with all the trimmings, fruit, dessert, and a beverage. Be sure to check out our menu. Monday and Thursday are soup days, Wednesday is Pie Day, and Friday we offer a salad bar.

We also have grab-n-go for pickup at 11 a.m. Please call 24 hours in advance to reserve your meal. To guarantee a meal it is best to call before noon.
