RIVER FALLS – First National Bank of River Falls (FNBRF) is pleased to announce Steve Pfeiffer as its new Senior Vice President-Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Pfeiffer joined FNBRF on February 3, 2025.
With over 25 years in banking and public accounting, Pfeiffer has held leadership roles across Wisconsin and Minnesota, specializing in financial strategy, compliance, and operations. Most recently, he served as CFO at Hiawatha National Bank in Hudson. His extensive experience in financial oversight and risk management will be invaluable to FNBRF.
Pfeiffer and his family are deeply rooted in the River Falls community. He and his wife, McKenna, stay actively involved in the community while raising their two children, Sophia (seventh grade) and Griffin (fifth grade). Pfeiffer enjoys coaching youth sports and looks forward to continuing his commitment to giving back. His passion for both family and community makes him a perfect fit for FNBRF, and he’s excited to contribute both professionally and personally in River Falls.
