ELLSWORTH – “Plan 2022” continues at the Village of Ellsworth, as they work to update the community’s comprehensive plan. The community survey results have been compiled and town hall meetings with village stakeholders are complete. The next step is to hold a series of focus group sessions with key community groups.
One group whose feedback is critical to the plan is the business community. The Ellsworth Area Chamber of Commerce has been asked to host a focus group session that includes Village of Ellsworth business and commercial property owners, particularly those within the downtown corridor.
The session will take place 7:30-8:30 a.m. Thursday, April 21, at Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery (level 3 board room). All Village of Ellsworth businesses and commercial property owners are invited to attend, regardless of their membership status with the chamber. This session will focus specifically on issues that impact economic development and our community’s workforce.
Questions about the Ellsworth Business Community focus group session can be directed to Kim Beebe, Ellsworth Chamber Executive Director Team Member at 715-273-6442 or [email protected]
Questions about “Plan 2022” and the comprehensive planning process can be directed to Nicole Stewart, Village Administrator, at 715-273-4742 or [email protected]
