ELLSWORTH – Looking to make the most of your gardening space this spring? At 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 7, join the Ellsworth Public Library for a free live virtual webinar with nationally known gardening expert and author Melinda Myers, who will share smart and stylish ways to grow your garden up with vertical gardening.
This interactive event—offered in partnership with Wisconsin Public Libraries and We Energies—will introduce creative techniques for growing flowers and edibles vertically to maximize space, screen unsightly views, and even improve your home’s energy efficiency. Learn how vertical gardens can help shade air conditioners, walls, and patios, all while bringing beauty and function to your landscape or container garden.
Following the presentation, participants are invited to stay for a fun vertical gardening-themed craft activity. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask Myers their gardening questions during a live Q&A session.
Can’t make it live? The webinar will be recorded and made available for on-demand viewing on the Milwaukee Public Library’s YouTube channel.
Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just getting started, this is a unique opportunity to learn from one of the best—and spark some inspiration for your own outdoor space.
Reserve your spot today and let your garden grow sky-high!
