Want to help feed your neighbors as a work of mercy? If so, then you can help out the Pierce County Food Pantry by purchasing and dropping off frozen hams or turkeys at 440 N. Maple Street in Ellsworth, though the turkey and ham must be purchased from a retail market. The Food can be reached for information at 715-273-2070, and residents are welcome to drop off their holiday donations every Monday or Wednesday Between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. during the months of November and December.
Should this not be possible or if you are trying to limit movement due to COVID-19, the Food Pantry does accept monetary donations as well. Those wishing to donate as such may go to hungerpreventioncouncil. com and click on ‘GIVE.’ Why not help spread holiday cheer? Buy a ham or turkey for a local area family today!
