ELLSWORTH – Increase present-moment awareness, feel calmer, and reduce muscle tension as you immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of a Sound Bathing experience at the Ellsworth Public Library.
The Ellsworth Public Library is proud to offer a Sound Bathing Experience at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 7 with Maria Voorhees-Reincke, intuitive energy healer, sound healer, and Reiki master.
Maria Voorhees-Reincke, based in Lake City, Minn., is the founder of MVR Healing, where she helps individuals reduce stress, restore balance, and reconnect to their inner calm through energy and sound healing practices. With a background in music beginning at age seven and certifications in Healing Touch, Vibrational Sound Therapy, and Reiki Master training, Maria blends ancient sound practices with modern relaxation techniques. Her sessions create a deeply restorative experience designed to support relaxation, emotional balance, and overall well-being.
Through crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, drum, chimes, and other vibrational instruments, Maria guides participants into a meditative state where the body can soften, the mind can quiet, and the nervous system can reset.
She is passionate about making healing accessible within community spaces and believes that profound restoration can happen anywhere — including your local library.
Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged. Sign up in person at the Ellsworth Public Library or call 715-273-3209 to reserve your spot.
