Ellsworth Library invites you – virtually – into Inga’s kitchen
The Ellsworth Public Library welcomes Inga Witscher the host of Around the Farm Table on Wisconsin Public Television, for a free virtual event on Saturday, February 13 at 10:00 a.m. Inga invites us into her kitchen for a Midwinter Smorgasbord. We will make Scandinavian Bread and learn about all the accoutrements for the perfect midwinter smorgasbord. The event is co-sponsored by the Pepin-Pierce Farmers Union, a chapter of the Wisconsin Farmers Union, a member- driven organization committed to improving the quality of life for family farmers, rural communities and all people through education, cooperation, and civic engagement.
Inga owns and operates an organic dairy farm near Osseo, Wisconsin and through her show connects consumers and farmers through storytelling and recipes. You can find Inga online at aroundthefarmtable.com and facebook.com/aroundthefarmtable .
