INVITATION TO BID – NOTICE 2021 Road Oil Bids
The Pierce County Highway Department is requesting bids for Road Oil. Types of Oil to be used are: SC-800, PG58-28, PG5834, CRS2 and CRS2 application. Bid information is available at the Pierce County Highway Department 621 W. Cairns St. Ellsworth, WI 54011. Bids will be received until 1:30 PM Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at the office of the Highway Commissioner, 621 W. Cairns St. Ellsworth WI 54011. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 1:35 PM, March 30, 2021. Bids will be acted upon at the April 2021 Pierce County Highway Committee meeting. All Bids are subject to the requirements of the “Pierce County Standard Terms and Conditions”.
Pierce County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bids received and to accept any bid most favorable to Pierce County.
